Policy & Legislative Gaps Analysis
LADA Institute has an enviable record in legislative and institutional reform in Ghana. Ghana’s law making process takes place in a complex environment that requires clear and precise drafting, defensible and transparent analysis, extensive public involvement, and balancing certainty and predictability with the need to promote innovation – usually under challenging deadlines.
We derive our strengths mainly from several years of working with the highest leadership and policy making individuals and institutions in Ghana including; the Government of Ghana; several key Ministries, Departments and Agencies; the Parliament; the Judiciary; and many State Agencies such as the Attorney-General’s Department, the forestry Commission, the National Health Insurance Authority, the Ghana Police Service and the Ghana Prisons Service.
